The business standard certificate required by BUJK is the Construction Services Business Entity Certification (SBU) Construction SBU is proof of recognition of construction services business entities to be able to participate in the procurement process.
SBU Construction is a mandatory document owned by BUJK in carrying out construction services (Article 99 letter a jo. Article 100 paragraph (1) of PP 5/2021).
To obtain a Construction SBU, BUJK can submit an application to the minister who through the Business Entity Certification Agency (LSBU) will obtain a Construction SBU (Article 100 paragraph (2) of GR 5/2021).
For BUJK that does not have a Construction SBU, the business actor may be subject to sanctions in the form of written warnings and fines as follows (Article 419 paragraphs (1) and (2) PP 5/2021):
Meanwhile, BUJKs that have delays in extending the management of the Construction SBU will be subject to sanctions in the form of written warnings and fines (Article 420 paragraphs (1) and (2) of PP 5/2021):
Thus, it can be understood that with the presence of OSS-RBA, the BUJK registration process has a more efficient and less difficult flow, because everything can be done through the OSS website and gets the same protection, namely 3 (three) years and can be extended and made changes (Article 100 paragraph (4) PP 5/2021).
It should be noted that if the BUJK within 15 working days of being given a sanction does not make a payment, the BUJK will be temporarily suspended followed by payment of a sanction of 2x the first time determined. (Article 420 paragraph (3) of PP 5/2021). If, within 15 working days the BUJK still does not fulfill these provisions, this will result in the revocation of the BUJK's Construction SBU. (Article 420 paragraph (4) PP 5/2021).
