What is SKA?

Certificate of Expertise (SKA) is a document issued by an official professional certification body and recognized by the government, which is given to a person who has met the competency requirements in a particular field of expertise. SKA is a formal proof of one's competence to work in a particular field.

A Certificate of Expertise can be obtained through a certification process. This certification process consists of two stages, namely the assessment stage and the competency test stage. The assessment stage is conducted to measure a person's knowledge, skills, and work attitude in a particular field of expertise. The competency test stage is carried out to measure a person's ability to apply knowledge, skills, and work attitudes in work practices.
